Designing and Managing Assessment Centers and Developing Assessor Skills
This course is aimed at those who wish to learn generic assessor skills. The program is designed for personnel and human resource professionals as well as line managers, who are to act as assessors or observers, who wish to develop an assessment center from scratch and would like clarity about key design stages.
Any HR practitioner with limited experience in assessment and development centers who needs to become self-sufficient in their design & implementation will benefit immensely from this course.
